We are located in the United States and ordinarily we ship using USPS Priority Mail. If you would prefer a different method just let us know so we can adjust the price for you. Currently there are fixed shipping rates based on your order total.
We do ship internationally but you should inquire before ordering on the site so that we can give you an estimate on cost. The website is only set up to calculate domestic shipping so if you send an email with your order we can research the actual shipping cost for you and create a Paypal invoice.
PLEASE NOTE: customers pay for any duty or taxes charged to them by their country. By law we can not mark a package as a GIFT and we will declare the actual value.

If you see something you like but you’re being told it is not available just send us an email. We’ll be happy to make it if we can. We like to keep the fabric choices fresh and eventually certain patterns are discontinued. Usually we’ll send you an email with images of what is currently available as the website is often a little behind.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase we will gladly give you a full refund for the cost of the item(s). You can return any item in its original condition for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery. We will refund in the form of payment or checks.
Please contact us via email with “Return” in the subject line. Please list the items you are returning to us along with your name, address, and reason for return. Once it is approved you will be sent an email with details to ship the item back to us.
If the return is not a result of an error by Inherent Vice Squad, you will be responsible for all shipping for the order and any costs associated with returning the item. You must send your return using a reliable carrier that offers tracking (such as Registered Mail, UPS, or FedEx). It is strongly recommended that you insure the package, as you will be responsible for ensuring that all items arrive back to us in their original condition.
Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been altered or damaged cannot be returned.
Except for promotional items (tape measures, water bottles, etc) all of our products are hand made and we stand behind the craftsmanship. If something isn’t right we want to know and we would like the opportunity to fix or replace it. We’ve learned a lot over the years and have improved our techniques and upgraded equipment. For instance, if you have a leather tool wrap that is coming un-stitched we would love to fix it. Please send an email to begin a conversation if you find yourself with a product you think needs help due to its fabrication. We actually use our own products to make sure they’re functional and we do want feedback.
